Telephony integration

RingCentral and Twilio integration — every call and text on the right record

Calls happen in the phone system, notes live in someone’s head and the CRM never knows. We connect RingCentral or Twilio to your CRM so calls, recordings and messages land on the right customer and job automatically.

Scope

What a telephony integration can include

Conversations become part of the customer record, without extra clicks.

01

Call logging

Inbound and outbound calls matched to the customer and logged with duration and outcome.

02

Screen pop

The customer record opens for the person who answers the call.

03

Recordings

Call recordings attached to the job for training and disputes.

04

SMS from the CRM

Two-way texting with customers from the record, with history kept.

05

Personal numbers

Each team member works under their own communication identity.

06

Missed-call follow-up

Missed calls create tasks so no lead goes unanswered.

Delivery

How the project runs

The same four phases on every project. Only their length changes with scope.

1. Discovery · 1–2 weeks

Interviews with the people who will use the system, a map of the current process, a written specification and an estimate. The documents are yours even if you build elsewhere.

2. Architecture · 1–2 weeks

Data model, integrations, infrastructure and a milestone schedule. This is where the scope, price and launch date are fixed in writing.

3. Build · two-week iterations

A working demo every Friday and a staging environment you can open at any time. Changes in scope are priced and agreed before they are built.

4. Launch & support · ongoing

Deployment, handover, documentation and training, then a support arrangement sized to the business.

FAQ

Questions we are asked most

Which phone systems do you support?

We have production experience with RingCentral. Twilio and other providers with a public API are connected the same way.

Can it work with our existing CRM?

Yes, if the CRM has an API. We review it first and agree the scope in writing.

How long does it take?

Usually 2–4 weeks including testing with your real phone lines.

Do we own the system and the data?

Yes. Repositories, cloud accounts and data are created in your name from the first commit. There is no per-seat license and no lock-in.
